The Windy House

Hwang Cheolsu is the son of Hwang Juseung, a second-generation heir of a famous Korean chaebol conglomerate. He comes from an enviable family, but because of his mother Seo Jeongsuk’s obsessive possessiveness, he’s a friendless mama’s boy—so notorious that even at college everyone knows about it. The only person who approaches Cheolsu and treats him without hesitation is Na Hyesung. And every time Hyesung comes to their house, Cheolsu feels his mother’s obsession easing. Hwang Juseung—Jeongsuk’s husband—has never once touched her since they got married. But after meeting Na Hyesung, he starts sleeping with Jeongsuk, saying she now “smells like a woman.” Then there are Hyesung’s unreadable actions. As each of their lives becomes stained with craving and desire, everything begins to spiral toward ruin.
